Schedule and monitor employee shifts to ensure adequate coverage and productivity during peak periods.
Oversee inventory control processes to guarantee accurate counts, stock levels, and replenishment activities.
Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts, investigating and reconciling any discrepancies.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software for precise tracking and inventory management.
Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics, collaborating with vendors, transportation companies, and internal departments to meet delivery goals.
Identify opportunities to streamline operations, eliminate waste, and enhance efficiency.
Implement lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives to refine warehouse and logistics processes.
Maintain and elevate quality control measures to ensure accuracy and damage-free deliveries.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory control practices.
Understanding of OSHA and other safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations.
Lean Six Sigma or APICS certification (a plus).
