RESUMO DA POSIÇÃO A posição de Encarregado de Depósito é responsável por todo o processo de recebimento, classificação, triagem, armazenamento, inventário e expedição do cacau na filial. Essa função envolve manter um forte relacionamento com os produtores de cacau, com contato direto durante as entregas da matéria-prima na unidade. RESPONSABILIDADES + Receber, conferir e armazenar os sacos de cacau. + Emitir notas fiscais relacionadas ao recebimento de cacau. + Acompanhar o processo de transferência do cacau para as fábricas do Sul da Bahia. + Avaliar a qualidade do cacau e emitir relatórios técnicos. + Controlar a quantidade de terceiros, bem como as atividades por eles realizadas. + Controlar o inventário físico do armazém. + Monitorar o cumprimento de todos os procedimentos de qualidade e segurança dentro do armazém de cacau. + Processar, classificar, pesar e armazenar os grãos de cacau, sendo responsável pelo inventário diário e mensal do cacau recebido na filial. QUALIFICAÇÕES TÉCNICAS Ensino médio completo (formação técnica em Agricultura e/ou nível superior em Administração ou áreas afins será um diferencial). Desejável habilitação categoria B.
