**Job Title: Warehouse Loader** **Job Description** As a Warehouse Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading uniform garments and additional facility services products into and out of company trucks. You will handle dirty uniforms and mats from trucks that come into the bay for cleaning and load clean products back onto the trucks. This role involves operating basic equipment, following detailed instructions, and ensuring that all tasks are completed with high quality standards. **Responsibilities** + Load and unload uniform garments and additional facility services products into and out of company trucks. + Unload approximately 10-12 trucks per day. + Operate basic equipment and complete routine tasks by following strict, detailed instructions. + Consistently meet or exceed department quality requirements. + Ensure trucks are loaded accurately according to load sheets, and unloaded products are separated and placed in the appropriate area. + Operate in accordance with company policies and rules, performing routine safety checks on equipment and workspace. + Use facilities respectfully. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 6 months experience in a warehouse environment. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Willingness to work overtime as needed. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School diploma or GED preferred. + Experience with loading, unloading, production, general labor, material handling, inventory, warehouse, laundry, and housekeeping tasks. **Why Work Here?** This opportunity offers growth potential, as many of our route salesmen started in this role and have advanced within the company. The shift runs from Tuesday to Friday, starting at 10 am until the work is done for the day, typically ending between 7 pm and 9:30 pm, with potential for overtime. Dress code includes wearing your own clothes and work boots, preferably items you don't mind getting dirty. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Guilderland, New York. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
