Our client, a prominent manufacturer located in Oxnard, CA, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Maintenance Technician to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance on molds and promptly communicate any required repairs or modifications to the Tool Room Supervisor.Play an integral role in the production of prototype and new injection molds, as well as spare components.Evaluate and resolve mold defects, ensuring high-quality output.Set up and operate various manual metal processing machinery, including lathe, mill, ID/OD grinder, sinker EDM, surface grinder, CMM, and other tool room equipment, with precision and efficiency. Experience with CNC operation is a plus.Utilize your expertise and judgment to plan and achieve production goals.Lead and direct the work of team members as needed.Adhere to 5S policies to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures.Proficiency in using measuring systems and interpreting blueprints and sketches.High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship or formal training in the relevant field, with at least 5 years of experience.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex variables and limited standardization.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions presented in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule forms.

Schedule and Compensation:

Days: Monday to Saturday (overtime as needed)Hours: 7 AM - 4 PMPay: $24.00 per hour
