ResponsibilitiesYou will:
Manage receiving, warehousing, and maintenance operationsSetup layout and ensure efficient space utilizationEnsure productivity targets are achieved, and warehouse processes are running optimally.Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and visionMaintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and securityManage stock control and reconcile with the data storage systemContribute to annual budget developmentCollaborate with clients, suppliers, and transport companiesRecruit, select, train, coach, and motivate employeesProduce reports and statistics regularlyReceive feedback and monitor the quality of services providedQualifications
You have:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years of warehouse management experienceProcess improvement expertiseStrong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Proficiency in warehouse management software and databasesStrong problem-solving skillsSafety management and inventory control skillsExcellent communication skills
