What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation by working closely with the Purchasing Agent/Production Scheduler, Production Management, Corporate Logistics, Corporate Supply Chain, and Customer Service to assure that customer shipments are properly prepared and shipped as scheduled. In addition, the Warehouse Manager is responsible to receive packaged raw materials, pallets, containers, and other materials. To accomplish this, the position will supervise up to two Warehouse Workers.
What We're Looking For:
Review and determine products for shipment using SAP S4 system, creating necessary paperwork and coordinating with carriers. Supervise picking process to ensure accuracy and compliance with RSPO requirements. Coordinate with Corporate Logistics for specific shipping requirements for export shipments. Prepare hazardous material paperwork and placarding for multi-modal shipments. Enter customer or third-party pick-up information into multiple systems for transportation management. Supervise loading of shipments and finalize shipment in SAP S4. Confirm receiving schedule and verify information for raw material deliveries. Ensure proper labeling and transfer of materials, performing good receipt in SAP S4. Enforce safety procedures, perform cycle counting, and assist with annual inventory. Assist with inventory management, coordinate removal of scrap materials, and support HSE&S responsibilities.
Skills That Make a Difference:
5 years of experience in shipping & receiving and general warehouse supervision. Must be trained and certified for multi-modal shipments of hazardous goods. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. A bachelor's degree in business or science is helpful for this position.
