Your Role at KIK

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations at our local facilities. You will manage inventory, ensure efficient storage and dispatch, optimize processes, and lead a team to meet production and delivery goals. Strong process improvement, organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment are essential.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

Supervises warehouse staff, including training, staffing, and discipline. Ensures resources for efficient receiving, storage, and material handling operations. Oversees shipping of orders, returns processing, and inventory checks. Manages storage, production supply, and warehouse equipment needs. Maintains quality of chemical, packaging, and stock inventories. Ensures compliance with safety standards and government shipping regulations. Manages spending to align with budget goals. Builds strong partnerships and ensures clear communication across sites.

 

What You’ll Bring

5 years of professional experience managing high-volume, multi-site distribution centers in fast-paced environments, with a focus on efficient order fulfillment. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration preferred. Skilled in process assessment and continuous improvement methodologies.                                                                                             Strong knowledge of industry concepts, practices, and procedures. Proven ability to use experience and judgment to achieve operational goals. Skilled in process assessment and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficient in WMS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, SAP Excellent attention to detail with strong leadership and team-building abilities. Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and evenings as needed. Frequent local travel to warehouse facilities required.
