**Job Title: Warehouse Manager** **Summary:** We are seeking a tech-savvy Warehouse Manager with a proven track record of implementing and/or facilitating technology changes within a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes, and driving technological advancements to improve productivity and accuracy. **Responsibilities** · Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping. · Hire, train, and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues, reach short- and long-term performance goals, monitor work schedules and overtime, and ensure the safe use of warehouse equipment. · Prioritize daily work schedule to ensure timely delivery of approximately 30 pallets and 200 multi-shipments daily for more than 3000 SKUs. · Implement and oversee technology solutions to streamline warehouse processes and improve efficiency. · Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization. · Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. · Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. · Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely deliveries. · Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. · Prepare and manage warehouse budgets and reports. **Skills & Qualifications** · 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, with a focus on technology implementation. · Expertise in warehouse management procedures and continuous improvement practices. · Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. · Familiarity with warehouse management software and databases, preferably cloud-based ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar. · Experience in inventory control. · Excellent leadership and team management skills. · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. **Why Work Here?** This is a family-owned company that has been in business for 75 years, offering a stable and supportive work environment.
