YOUR TASKS

 

Warehouse Manager role involves leading the entire operation and working closely with the Operations Manager; Requires analyzing data and translating it into key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring their achievement; Focus on continuous improvement of processes to elevate the team's performance; Responsibilities include making and implementing action plans, coaching employees, and planning headcount; Essential to motivate employees, demonstrate enthusiasm, and possess strong people management skills; Position aimed at expanding business operations to enhance customer service and facilitate further growth.

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

Someone with a bachelor working and thinking level;  You have proven knowledge of warehousing, processes and project management with a complexity comparable to Arvato;  You are ambitious, proactive and independent professional with strong analytical skills; It is important that you have the eagerness to serve your customer at a high quality level;  You are flexible and like a high level of dynamism in your day;  It is your personal drive to go for the best result.
