Temp-to-Hire position$42.00 to $43.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 06:00pm)Responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating the operations of a warehouse and logistics department. Planning, implementing, and managing shipping and distribution strategies to ensure accurate, timely, and secure shipping processes Warehouse operations: Overseeing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, and distributionSupervising, coaching, and training warehouse staff Quality assurance: Ensuring quality of products and services Managing inventory levels and stock Safety: Ensuring the safety of staff and the effective and safe use of warehouse equipment Communication Being familiar with operating computers or devices and using applications such as Warehouse Management Systems .Warehouse Manager Qualifications:
3-5 Years of experience.WMS & Logistics with distribution background required. Previous background managing 20-30 employeesMust be Bilingual-Spanish/EnglishExperience with Excel and OutlookApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
