Currently seeking a Warehouse Manager for a full-time permanent position in Norton, MA

Responsibilities of Warehouse Manager:
-Oversee all distribution warehouse activities within the warehouse
-Lead team member in safety practices and improve all safety performances
-Identify areas that need to be improved and develop and implement processes and procedures to make improvements
-Communicate short- and long-term goals to supervisors and guide team members in daily activities to achieve those goals
-Maintain all inventory levels
-Ensure a cohesiveness by communicating with vendors, clients, employees, and company leadership
-Optimize warehouse space utilization and layout to help efficiency

Requirements of Warehouse Manager
-Bachelor s degree in related field or equivalent years of work experience
-Previous experience as a distribution Manager
-Warehouse management experience required
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Team Player
-Great interpersonal skills
-Good organizational skills
-Ability to multi task and prioritize

Hours: 7:30am-4:00 pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $95, 000-$110, 000/year
