Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $64,350 – $73,700 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Train and develop warehouse associates in line with company policies and procedures Coordinate and supervise activities of warehouse associates on event days Purchase, receive and distribute commissary items, verify receiving slips and invoices Produce monthly commissary inventory and various operational reports Monitor product quality and follow departmental guidelines when controlling cost and waste Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation More about you Minimum of 3 years previous supervisory experience, preferably in a commissary environment No college degree required Previous experience with inventory distribution Working knowledge of food production techniques, purchasing, and sanitation procedures Strong computer skills with Windows platform, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical requirements Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time Shift details
