JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n\tManage employees including hiring, terminations, managing overtime, addressing employee performance issues and conducting performance evaluations.\n\tManager payroll for department.\n\tHandle disciplinary actions.\n\tOrder all tires, both stock and special order.\n\tReceive tires into the McCarthy Tire system and let sales rep or department know when special orders arrive.\n\tContact sales reps when orders will not be completely filled.\n\tMaintain and review tire stocking levels with the store manager.\n\tReview DVIRs to be sure they are being filled out daily and report any issues to the service department.\n\tCheck that the drivers are loading orders correctly.\n\tReview returning driver paperwork to insure it is all there and complete with signatures prior to turning it in to the billing clerks for invoicing.\n\tEnsure that the required mandatory customer weekly/monthly spot inventory counts are done in a timely fashion and sent to the appropriate individuals.\n\tAssist with inventory reviews.\n\tOversee warehouse cleanliness and organization.\n\n

\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\n\n\n\tHigh School Degree or GED.\n\n
\nREQUIREMENTS\n\n\n\tAbility to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment. \n\tMust be able to work independently and also in a team environment doing other job duties as assigned.\n\n
