Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The role entails managing a team of 4-5 employees, ensuring inventory is cataloged correctly, and that all incoming and outgoing items are accurately accounted for. This position operates on a shift from 5 AM to 2 PM or 6 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise a team of 4-5 employees, including long-tenured staff.Ensure accurate inventory cataloging and management of incoming and outgoing items.Maintain strict supervisory role without operating equipment due to union contract.Utilize ERP and WMS systems, specifically SAP, for warehouse management.Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures.Essential SkillsLeadership and management skills.Proficiency in computer skills.Detail-oriented with a strong ability to complete tasks efficiently.Experience with ERP and WMS systems, especially SAP.At least 2 years of warehouse leadership experience.Experience supervising a team of at least 3 employees.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the food and beverage industry is highly preferred.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The position is based in a non-climate-controlled warehouse. You will have your own computer to work from, ensuring you have the necessary tools to perform your duties effectively.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00
I can provide the company benefits package. They do have an amazing profit sharing program thats better than most in the US.
