Firestone engineers air springs and related products for commercial trucks and trailers, cars, sport utility vehicles, light trucks, mini vans, motor homes, buses, agricultural equipment, rail and industrial applications. **Job Category** Supply Chain & Procurement **Position Summary** Manages processes & teams associated with planning, directing, and monitoring all warehouse activities related to movement, storage, and inventory control of materials, finished goods, tools, and packaging including: •Shipping & Receiving •Warehousing •Materials Handling •Order Filling, Picking, and Packing •Inventory Control & Records Management **Responsibilities** • Manages experienced professionals who exercise independent discretion and/or manages a functional area or process that may or may not have direct reports. • Implements policy and strategy for short-term results and influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures • Decision making is guided by strategic objectives of specialization • Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures • Must be able to communicates with executive leadership • Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders • Other duties as assigned **Minimum Qualifications** Bachelor's degree; 6 y+ years of relevant experience including 3-5 years management or direct/indirect leadership experience Or Master's degree; 4+ years of relevant experience including 2-4 years management or direct/indirect leadership experience **What we offer** At Bridgestone, what really matters is to foster co-creation opportunities and empowering you to be creative and curious to make mobility safer, more efficient, and more sustainable for future generations.
