**OLSTEN STAFFING IS CURRENTLY RECRUITING IN THE FLORENCE, SC AREA FOR A WAREHOUSE MANAGER. TEMP TO PERM POSITION PAY RATE $25 AN HOUR, WORK HOURS ARE 7AM- 5PM PLUS OVERTIME AS NEEDED.** **A warehouse manager manages the day-to-day operations of a warehouse, including the flow of goods, staff, and systems. They are responsible for inventory, shipping, and ensuring the warehouse runs efficiently.** **Responsibilities:** + **Inventory** : **Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure inventory accuracy** + **Shipping** : **Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, track shipping times, and resolve logistical issues** + **Staff** : **Supervise staff, assign tasks, provide training, and monitor performance** + **Communication** : **Liaise with customers, suppliers, transportation companies, and other departments** + **Safety** : **Implement safety protocols** + **Organization** : **Optimize storage space, set up organization systems, and rearrange containers for efficiency** + **Quality** : **Determine quality control standards and inspect inventory and packaging** **Skills and traits:** **Warehouse managers should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask. They should also be good communicators and leaders.** **Other duties** **Warehouse managers may also manage schedules, time off, and budgets.
