We are seeking a Warehouse Manager & Parts Sales Specialist who will play a key role in managing warehouse operations while also supporting office functions. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who excels in both logistics and customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and receiving, inventory management, and parts sales, with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Key Responsibilities: + Lead and manage parts sales, fostering strong customer relationships. + Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business. + Accurately pick, package, and ship customer orders, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. + Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accurate labeling and storage. + Retrieve, package, and deliver parts as needed. + Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry, supporting reports and audits. + Inspect products for quality control, reporting any defects or discrepancies. + Oversee and coordinate warehouse operations to align with company goals. + Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company regulations. + Assist with warranty returns and related documentation. + Manage inventory, ensuring stock accuracy and organization. Requirements + Previous Warehouse experience is preferred. + High School diploma/GED required. + Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment. + Ability to complete basic math applications. + Proficiency in computer software, databases, and systems. + Excellent customer service skills. + Good organizational and time management skills. + Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. + Identify needs by listening to communications and determine best course of action. + Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers. + Perform scheduled task(s) using controlled reporting. + High degree of professionalism and courtesy. + Physical abilities required for this position include walking, grasping, crawling, kneeling, reaching, carrying, stooping, crouching, standing, sitting, climbing, lifting over 50lbs. + Maintain a neat, clean professional appearance. + Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization daily. + Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures. + Perform other duties as requested in order to maintain high level of customer service through timely and effective teamwork. + Must have and maintain a valid state divers license and insurance required by law. + Routine travel is required to other locations within the state and deliveries are often made during work hours. + Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, organize and prioritize responsibilities and duties.
