Job Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager with experience in the automotive sector! If you are passionate about logistics, inventory management, and optimizing processes in a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity to be part of our team.
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards.Oversee inventory control, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and distribution of automotive parts and components.Coordinate and lead a team, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.Coordinate, manage and supervise import/export processes, logistics costs, warehouse, packaging of components and finished product in order to comply with the procedures and standards established in Bosch San Luis.Coordinate and manage receipts of raw materials, packaging and indirect material for supply in production lines and shipment of finished product in order to meet the requirements of internal and external clients.Implement continuous improvements in logistics and storage processes.Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.Coordinate and manage import/export of raw materials, finished product, packaging, machinery and equipment through Mexican customs (Laredo, CDMX, Manzanillo, Altamira, etc.) in order to meet the requirements established by clients internal and external.Coordinate, manage and ensure the TLC (Total Logistic Cost) through the Fishbone in order to comply with the BP established in Bosch San Luis.Coordinate and ensure the design of packaging for new products in order to comply with the times established by the BU according to the RFQ (Request For Quotation).QualificationsMinimum of 10 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager in the automotive industry.Advanced English language.Knowledge in inventory management, logistics, and distribution.Experience managing personnel and coordinating teams.Familiarity with safety and quality regulations relevant to the automotive industry.Ability to implement efficient processes and optimize time and costs.Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP).Strong communication and decision-making skills.Additional Information
