Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to join their client’s well-established team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a high level of safety while driving best practices in logistics and inventory management.

 

Key Responsibilities: Manage warehouse staff and facilitate training to ensure operational efficiency. Monitor inventory levels and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Develop and implement effective warehouse processes and procedures to optimize workflow. Ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders. Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse and equipment to ensure standard practices are followed. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication. Track and analyze warehouse metrics to identify areas for improvement. Handle any issues related to the supply chain and propose solutions. Prepare and maintain reports related to warehouse operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience in a warehouse management/supervisory role. Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Benefits
