If you have experience in shipping and receiving, operating forklifts, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! **Shift Options:** + **1st Shift** : 7:15 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday + **2nd Shift** : 3:15 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday – Friday + **3rd Shift** : 11:15 PM – 7:30 AM, Sunday – Thursday **Key Responsibilities:** + Unload incoming freight and ensure proper inventory tracking. + Use computers, RF scan guns, and inventory control systems to manage stock. + Accurately stage products and place goods into inventory. + Load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring safe transportation of products. + Pick and pull products for orders, package, and label items. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. **Qualifications:** + Forklift operator certification (sit-down and stand-up experience preferred). + 1+ year of forklift experience and 1+ year in shipping and receiving. + Experience with RF scanners and inventory management systems. + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform manual tasks. + High school diploma or GED required. + Math skills: Able to add, subtract, and multiply in basic operations. + Ability to speak, read, and understand English. **Preferred Skills:** + ERP system experience. + Previous experience in a food-grade facility (PPE requirements such as gowns, face nets, etc.). + Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or with minimal supervision. + Reliable attendance and a team-oriented attitude. **Work Environment:** + Warehouse is in a food-grade facility, handling food spices. + PPE requirements include gowns, face nets, beard nets, earplugs, and safety glasses. + Exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, and strong spice fumes. + Loud noise environment and occasional exposure to chemicals. **Benefits:** + Competitive weekly pay. + **Great Benefits** : Flexible spending account, PTO, paid holidays. + Opportunities for career growth with multiple locations. + A diverse and inclusive workplace culture. + PPE and training provided to ensure safety and comfort. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
