Description/Job Summary: The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Warehouse Mover to provide support for managing the furnishings, window treatments, equipment, and appliances for Special Command Positions (SCPs), general/flag officers, installation commanders, and civilian equivalents in privatized housing. The role involves providing management, logistics, warehousing, and preventive maintenance services to maintain these government-furnished properties. Key duties include overseeing the delivery, installation, minor repairs, preventive maintenance, and disposal of furnishings, ensuring government-owned equipment remains in optimal working condition.  Required Experience & Skills: Experience in logistics and warehousing operations.  Proficiency in managing preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and upkeep of equipment and furnishings.  Ability to handle maintenance of appliances such as ice makers, refrigerators, trash compactors, and instant hot water dispensers, including cleaning, filter replacement, and minor repairs.  Strong understanding of maintenance schedules and manufacturer specifications.  Experience documenting and reporting maintenance issues, property loss, or abuse.
