**Job Title: Warehouse Operations Coordinator**
**Job Description**
The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is responsible for receiving, documenting, and directing the warehouse movement of freight in accordance with client specifications and service agreements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Review and process freight documentation.
+ Follow client protocols for documenting, photographing, scanning, labeling, and sorting pallets.
+ Direct the loading, unloading, and movement of freight by forklift operators and warehouse staff.
+ Update transportation management systems with current and complete data.
+ Establish and maintain professional relationships with assigned clients to ensure high levels of service.
+ Support dispatch teams by correcting problems, updating loads, and generating required paperwork for carriers, brokers, agents, and warehouses.
+ Research shipment statuses and update systems as needed.
+ Respond to complaints and questions with communication back to customer points of contact.
+ Comply with safety and security regulations and policies, including attendance at mandatory safety meetings.
+ Assist with warehouse inventory monitoring and reporting.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Knowledge of load planning standards and practices.
+ Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop effective professional relationships.
+ High degree of accuracy with strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to communicate clearly with excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
+ Ability to manage workload and prioritize effectively under minimal supervision.
+ Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products at the basic level for Excel, Word, and Outlook.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Forklift experience is preferred.
