What You'll Do as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor:

Lead a High-Performing Team: Oversee a dedicated team of associates, ensuring efficient and safe warehouse operations.Foster a Culture of Safety: Prioritize safety by conducting regular safety discussions, addressing concerns, and enforcing safety protocols.Drive Productivity and Efficiency: Monitor associate performance, provide timely feedback, and implement strategies to maximize productivity.Resolve Issues and Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring smooth workflow and minimizing downtime.Handle Administrative Tasks: Manage payroll, performance reviews, and other administrative responsibilities.Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with Lowe's leadership to align daily operations with business goals.

Work Experience

Preferred Candidate Might:

Have 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations and supervisionPossess strong leadership and communication skillsBe proficient in problem-solving and decision-makingBe able to work in a fast-paced environmentBe committed to safety and quality standardsBe bilingual (English/Spanish) as a plus!
