How you'll contribute to the team

As an essential member of our team at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.  In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you will have the autonomy to make decisions, continually grow professionally, and use your talents to lead a committed team to greatness. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but wont be limited to:

\n\nLead, motivate and empower employees through effective & open communication, excellent leadership, regular performance feedback and team building in order to maximise customer and employee satisfaction\nEstablish a customer focused culture by implementing and managing initiatives and tools that aim to achieve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention\nGuide the activities of coordinators to ensure customer success and achieve overall objectives\nBe responsible for providing a safe working environment free of hazards by completing daily site/department inspections and implementing preventative and corrective actions\nMaintain and build on effective relationships with customers\nWe're keen to hear from people who have\nSupervisory experience gained from with a warehouse environment – previous 3PL experience will be held in high regard\nExperienced in building and maintaining Customer Relationships\nKnowledge and use of a WMS System\nA continuous improvement mindset\nA passion for health & safety – the safety of our employees is of paramount importance\nHigh level planning and organisational skills to ensure operation excellence\n\n
