The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a desire to learn, and the flexibility to take on a variety of tasks within a fast-paced environment. A willingness to wear many hats and contribute to different aspects of the business is key to success in this role. Responsibilities:Utilize Acuatica, a cloud-based SRP system, to manage inventory, shipments, and receiving processes.Perform shipping and receiving duties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.Handle packing of items for shipments, ensuring products are securely and correctly packed.Assist with heavy lifting; team lifts are performed for heavier items to ensure safety.Operate a sit-down forklift in a safe and efficient manner for various warehouse tasks.Assist in front desk operations and other administrative duties as needed.Collaborate with team members to support overall business operations and contribute to a positive work environment.Take initiative to learn new processes and take on additional responsibilities as needed.Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and be flexible with any task assigned. Qualifications and Requirements:Previous experience in a warehouse or operations environment preferredForklift certification required (sit-down forklift).Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team.Ability to adapt to new tasks and responsibilities quickly.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Willingness to cross-train and contribute to various roles across the company.Physical ability to lift and move products, with assistance for heavier items.Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow with the company. Benefits and Perks: $19.00 HourlyMedical Benefits HolidaysTraining & Growth Your New Organization:This company started as a woman-owned business in the construction field, this company has grown to employ over 70 staff, including 14 outside sales reps, with three showrooms, two pro centers, and three distribution warehouses.
