We are currently looking for a full-time permanent Warehouse Operative to come and join us at our site in Reading on behalf of our customer, Virgin Media.  You will be working Monday – Friday either 07:00 -16:00 or 06:00 – 15:00 which will be your permanent hours. Please be advised that you will be required to rotate within departments - one week supporting the warehouse and another week supporting drivers' operations.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

Working as part of a small team maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our field store Picking, packing, and serving virgin media technicians Ensuring all customers are served politely, timely and with correct stock levels Warehouse duties including operating a warehouse management system

 

What you need to succeed at GXO

 

You are ideally computer literate and know how to work your way around systems (or a quick learner!) You may be someone with a Warehouse background who has dealt with systems rather than being paper based You must enjoy lone working – area managers will be visiting you once or twice a week for a coffee and a catch up for some social time!
