About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative/ Driver to join our team at the Equipment Support Facility.
Role Responsibilities:
Oversee loading/unloading of goods from vehicles.Inspect and verify incoming goods against shipping paperwork and KBR purchase Orders.Receipt goods on WMS and allocate goods to correct project holding area.Raise discrepancy report on damaged or incorrect goods.Prepare and complete orders for delivery/collection ensure all goods comply with shipping policy.Ensure correct orders leave site on timely manner with correct documentation.Implement and monitor HSSE procedures at front of house for all visitors and staff. Control traffic flow and vehicle movements in loading yard.Carry out high standard of housekeeping throughout goods in/out areas.Ensure company vehicles are maintained and kept presentable at all times.One daily delivery run to delivery points as required by projects.Carry out collection/delivery on ad hoc basis as required.Any other duties as directed by the ESF Warehouse ManagerQualifications, Experience and Skills:
A minimum of 1 years Warehouse experience.An excellent awareness of Health and Safety issues supported by relevant qualifications including handling dangerous goods.Self motivated and has the ability to work on own initiative with little supervision.Experience in Warehouse Management Systems.High degree of IT literacy.Clean UK Driving Licence held over 12 months.Must be comfortably to drive LWB vehicle.Forklift License.The role is based full time on-site in Swindon.
A full, clean UK Driver’s License is required
Must be qualified to operate Forklifts
