Warehouse Operator
**Description:** As a Warehouse Operator (Night Shift), you will ensure all Warehouse tasks are well organized and completed in a timely manner as determined by management. Support the Warehouse Lead and Warehouse Supervisor to establish and improve Warehouse procedures and policies. As part of the Miles Chemical Company team, you are responsible to learn, understand, represent and contribute to Company policies, procedures and philosophies, including completing all assigned trainings as required. Current Forklift Certification preferred. • Problem-solving skills are a requirement • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, very organized & dependable • Written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment, multi-task and prioritize Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with cross functional team members • Superior attention to detail and strong analytical skills • The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, be proactive and resourceful • Good math skills and ability to convert from one unit of measure to another as needed • Computer literate, including ability to use RF Guns within a Windows operating system • Communicates openly with upper management • High School Diploma or equivalent Administrative Portion – This job also operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
