About the role:
Working as part of our warehouse team, this shift-based role will contribute safely to team performance by executing a set range of tasks within our state of the art, Barossa Valley based warehouse.
full training will be provided for candidates with a strong reliable work ethic
Quality inspection on incoming goods to the site according to HACCP requirements Assess vehicles for suitability of use to meet all requirements Operate a range of mobile plant safely and efficiently in both manual and automated warehouse conditions Operate in line with documented SOP’s Conduct risk assessments and SOP reviews as required Maintain a high standard of housekeeping within the work areas as per schedule Complete a JSA for any work that is authorised to be completed outside of process Report any maintenance issues to Team Leader Machine care activities for warehouse equipment and assets as per schedule Commitment to internal and external (where appropriate) training requirements (external qualification of Cert III in Warehouse Operations) Rotating through warehouse tasks as per roster and in alignment with achieved skill levels across all warehouse operationsAbout you:
Ideally with warehousing qualifications to AQF Level 2 or equivalent and current HR fork lift license.
Experience in manufacturing background Sound forklift operations preferably with twin tyne attachment Experience in using Reach trucks preferably in double deep racking Sound experience in warehousing operations Experience in using RF technology in a logistics environment Good communication skillsWhy you’ll love it here:
