**Job Title: Warehouse Order Picker** **Job Description** - Pull orders in the basement of hospitals, supplying doctors, nurses, and techs with gloves, boxes of needles, surgical supplies, masks, gowns, and other PPE as needed. - Ensure the warehouse is fully stocked and replenish items once fully picked through. - Hand deliver materials to various hospital areas such as the ER department, surgical offices, and rooms. - Place materials on racks, shelves, bins, or in refrigerated rooms according to predetermined sequences like size, type, style, color, or product code. - Occasionally assist in assembling certain parts if needed. **Hard Skills** + Order picking + Inventory management + Material handling + Product assembly **Soft Skills** + Attention to detail + Teamwork + Reliability + Effective communication **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Portland, Oregon. **Work Environment** Work in a team of around 20-25 employees during the day, with the swing/night shift being about half that size. Must be open to wearing a scrub top and other proper PPE. The shift is Mon-Fri for training (lasting a couple of weeks), then moves to a Fri-Tue schedule with a start time of 6:30am.
