**Job Title: Packer** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves inspecting, packing, and assembling high-quality plastic furniture parts. We operate in multiple shifts, providing flexibility to suit your schedule. **Responsibilities** + Pick and pack pieces of plastic furniture off 1-2 machines at a time. + Inspect products for color defects and ensure high-quality standards. + Palletize and fill totes with products. + Basic assembly of plastic furniture parts, including seats and backs of chairs. + Ensure furniture board lengths are consistent when packing. + Inspect and pack nuts, bolts, and directions. + Tape and pack up boxes for shipment. **Essential Skills** + General production or manufacturing experience. + Experience as a picker, packer, or machine operator in a fast-paced environment. + Strong attendance record. + Basic math skills. + Ability to inspect different colors for quality defects. + Capability to push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs (mostly 10-30 lbs). + Ability to climb steps and step stools. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
