SALARY: $15.81 - $16.28 per hour

Potential for Full-Time based on Performance

 

SHIFT: Monday - Friday

Days = 12PM - 8:30PM

Nights = 5PM - 1:30AM

ROLE SUMMARY:
Do you have an eye for detail? How about a desire to work using your hands and see a finished product go out the door? If this sounds like you, then a career with Anheuser-Busch could be a great option for your next career step. Warehouse Personnel are a critical part of the Anheuser-Busch supply chain. As a Warehouse employee, you are responsible for ensuring the correct product is loaded onto the truck. You are the one who validates the load is built correctly, to protect the product and ensure employee safety. You have all the resources needed to fulfill the aspects of your job, including detailed pick lists and Vocollect picking system.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accurately build palletized loads from computer-generated load sheets

Load and unload delivery and over-the-road trucks and ensure proper stock rotation in the warehouse and on the trucks

Ensure loaded product meets Anheuser-Busch standards

Utilize lean six-sigma tools to increase warehouse efficiencies and manage key performance indicators

Ensure facility cleanliness and maintenance

Assist in meeting Logistics Safety/Environmental compliance

Safely operate various types of warehouse equipment (pallet jack, walkie rider, forklift, etc.) as necessary

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED required (no degree required for any position within AB ONE Wholesalers!)

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have a valid Drivers License and safe driving record

Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 165 pounds and fulfill all physical requirements of the job

Ability to work in a wide temperature variation (36°-Temperature outside)

Ability and willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays

Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision

Ability to obtain Forklift certification (forklift certified preferred)

Working knowledge of Anheuser-Busch product portfolio

Previous consumer packaged goods / beverage industry experience preferred

Previous distribution/warehouse experience preferred
