**Job Title: Warehouse Picker (1st Shift)** **Job Description** We are seeking a committed Warehouse Picker for the 1st shift to join our team. Your responsibilities will include sorting boxes and arranging them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators. You will engage in picking and packing products of various sizes, ranging from handheld boxes to thousand-pound machine parts, using a lift. Additionally, you will utilize an RF scanner and be responsible for loading and unloading semi-trailers with completed pallets. Our team works from Monday to Friday, from 5am to 1:30pm, with expected overtime until 3:30pm and occasional Saturdays. **Responsibilities** + Sort boxes and arrange them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators. + Pick and pack products of various sizes, using a lift for heavier items. + Utilize an RF scanner for inventory management. + Load and unload semi-trailers with completed pallets. **Essential Skills** + Experience in picking and packing products. + Proficiency in using an RF scanner. + Ability to load and unload semi-trailers. + Ability to operate lifting equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High attention to detail. + Quality-oriented mindset. + Ability to work in a multicultural environment. + Flexibility with working hours. + 3-6 months of warehouse experience. + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. + Willingness to work mandatory overtime. + Forklift experience is preferred but not required. **Why Work Here?** We offer forklift training and certification, great long-term advancement opportunities, and 3 weeks of PTO after 1 year. **Work Environment** We operate in a large, open facility that serves as a parts distribution center.
