**Job Title: Warehouse Picker** **Job Description** A large manufacturer in Anderson, IN is seeking 10 Warehouse Pickers for both 1st and 2nd shifts. This is an open-ended contract position, with opportunities for standout employees to transition to permanent roles as they become available. **Responsibilities** + Operate electric pallet jack to pick orders on a pick line. + Use RF scanner to track inventory and pick lists. + Physically pick items within the warehouse. + Wrap the top of pallets to send to the wrapping machine. + Stage orders for outbound shipments. **Essential Skills** + Willingness to operate electric pallet jack. + Ability to work in cold temperatures. + Self-motivated and able to stay on task. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with RF scanners. + Order picking experience in a warehouse environment. + Experience operating an electric pallet jack. **Why Work Here?** Once hired direct, pay increases to $24+ per hour.
