Our client in the Lenexa, Kansas area is seeking a Warehouse Picker to join their team. This position requires a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who can efficiently manage customer orders with accuracy and speed. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods, bending, reaching overhead, and lifting up to 50 lbs. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that orders are processed correctly, verifying shipping methods, and resolving any issues related to incompatible shipping instructions. The Day-to-Day:

Accurately pick customer orders of all types and ensure timely processing.Deliver picked orders to the shipping team and provide support for outbound shipments.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse on a daily basis.Foster a positive work environment through teamwork, mutual respect, and adherence to company values.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.Ability to operate both standard and stand-up forklifts.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under deadline pressure.Experience using handheld scanners for order fulfillment.A Minimum of one year of warehouse experience is required.Basic math skills are necessary for accurate order processing.

Pay Rate/Schedule:

$17.00 per hourMonday to Friday8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
