**Job Title: Warehouse Driver** **Job Description** + We are seeking a Warehouse Driver who will split their time between warehouse duties and driving. + The role involves working in the warehouse for 3 hours each morning to pick orders in the freezer, followed by approximately 5 hours on the road delivering goods. **Responsibilities** + Load vehicle for delivery, deliver goods to clients, and unload vehicle after completing deliveries. + Carry products into restaurants, which may require going up and down stairs. Some boxes could weigh 40lbs-70lbs+. + Perform simple vehicle maintenance such as cleaning the interior of the vehicle, checking lights, checking tires, filling fluids, and scheduling routine maintenance to keep the vehicle running properly. + Interact with customers in a professional manner. + Collect required signatures for payment, proof of delivery, and provide a receipt to the customer. + Perform other duties as assigned, such as running errands to stores like Costco. **Essential Skills** + Driving + Customer service + Forklift operation + Ability to lift heavy boxes (40-70lbs) + Clean driving record + Basic math and reading skills + General labor experience + Shipping and receiving + Unloading and loading experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must be 25 years old or older to meet insurance requirements + Valid driver license with a clean driving record + Comfortable working in the freezer to pick cases and the clean room working around fish and other seafood + At least 1 year of relevant driving experience + Forklift experience preferred + Basic computer skills for data entry **Why Work Here?** + Join a company with a great atmosphere where there is no micromanaging. + Our team has a low turnover rate, with an average tenure of 15 years. + We focus on taking care of our employees by offering 401k, medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO, and yearly profit sharing. **Work Environment** + You will be working for a wholesale seafood processor and distributor that deals with halibut, salmon, shrimp, and other proteins including beef, chicken, pork, and specialty meats. + The work environment includes the fish room and cooler where temperatures are around 40 degrees. + The warehouse is wet, cold, and can be odorous due to the fish. + You will be working with 7-8 other people in this setting. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Airway Heights, Washington.
