Warehouse Process Lead
Job Description Insight Global is searching for a Process Excellence/Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our clients onsite team in Milpitas. This individual will be responsible for leading and implementing process improvement initiatives within the warehouses with a focus on Lean methodologies. The role will work cross-functionally to optimize Warehouse & related processes, enhance productivity, improve space utilization, and deliver cost savings. They will be utilizing lean tools to analyze the current warehouse and scheduling processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement. They will be leading root cause analysis sessions (RCA) to drive implementation of corrective actions. This is a long-term project with opportunity for multi-year extension with no limitation from conversion to FTE if an opportunity arises. Skills and Requirements - Lean or Six Sigma certification o Ability to apply lean principles such as VSM, Flow, Pull, etc. - Strong communication and leadership skills o Proven ability to independently run Kaizen events, guide cross-divisional leaders, and drive programs assessing performance management o Proven experience identifying inefficiencies, coaching teams to develop solutions, and driving measurable change - Proficiency with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) - Experience in optimizing process improvements within a warehouse environment - Lean Black Belt - Experience in planning and scheduling to optimize inventory flow and space - Experience implementing FIFO (First In, First Out) - Experience in the Life Sciences industry null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
