Warehouse & Production Lead – Renewables + Location: Colorado Springs, CO + Pay Rate: $30/hour Job Summary: As the Warehouse & Production Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing both our warehouse and production teams, ensuring smooth operations, meeting production goals, and maintaining an efficient, organized work environment. This position offers a flexible role that combines responsibilities in both the warehouse and production areas while ensuring seamless workflow. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Leadership: + Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and products. + Maintain inventory accuracy, oversee stock rotation, and manage the implementation of inventory control procedures. + Ensure safety protocols and company policies are adhered to in all warehouse activities. + Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff to maximize efficiency and performance. Production Leadership: + Oversee production processes, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met. + Lead production teams in achieving goals, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining a high standard of work. + Monitor and optimize production workflows for efficiency, cost control, and quality. + Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination between production and warehouse teams. Project Coordination Responsibilities: + Balance time between managing warehouse operations and production leadership duties to ensure both areas are operating efficiently. + Report on production and warehouse metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives across both warehouse and production teams. + Foster a positive work environment, ensuring employee engagement and motivation.
