Onin Staffing is looking for a candidate for a direct hire role in Durham for an Inventory and Replenishment Supervisor for a drug distribution center. The Inventory and Replenishment Supervisor is responsible for the leadership, direction, and oversight of all inventory control and replenishment daily functions and team members.

Starting salary of $50-52kMonday-Friday 1st shift 7am-5pmDirect hire opportunityResponsible for defining and documenting overall processes and ensuring efficient and effective executionResponsible for replenishment put-away to promote productivity of night operationsProvide direction, training, development, and oversight to the department staff

What You'll Do as a Replenishment Supervisor

Ensure all day-to-day tasks are completed accurately and in a timely mannerReview, investigate, and correct discrepancies in a timely mannerFind solutions for cause of errorsWrite and maintain accurate written procedures for processesIdentify and drive cycle count efficiencies

Work Experience
Tech School required; Bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum of 5 years related experience, including 2 years supervisory experienceAbility to navigate and execute ASW and TableauMust be able to organize, present, and promote your process/business improvement recommendations to a cross business management teamWorking knowledge of business mathematics, spreadsheet, and graphing capabilitiesExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to maintain documentation for operations and operations staffPowered forklift experience and certificationUnderstanding business processes and business constraints
