Responsibilities:

The Scrap Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's scrap metal sales operations. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the efficient and profitable sale of scrap materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the scrap metal industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and profitability goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the scrap metal market. Execute auctions to sell scrap material not needed by melters. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure competitive and profitable sales. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of scrap materials. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts for senior management and B2B suppliers.
