Warehouse Shipping Coordinator
**Job Purpose** A Warehouse Shipping Coordinator is directly responsible for internal logistics at Bay Materials’ warehouse, and performs functions including packaging, organizing, shipping Bay Materials products. This role works with other warehouse personnel and supports the Logistics & Warehouse manager with daily tasks. **Essential Functions and Duties** + Review customer orders placed through Company online and other marketing systems. + Plan product boxing configurations to fill customer orders. + Prepare final pack-out of all customer shipments. + Wrap pallets according to workmanship standards. Label pallets with identification. + Maintain product shipment traceability. Preform data entry on Customer Shipping Manifests and accurately fill our lot and quantity amounts on Box Product labels. + Complete daily shipment logging and data entry + Organized and shelf packaging supplies in warehouse. + Ensure that all safety guidelines and Quality System processes are followed strictly at all times, maintaining a clean and orderly environment. **Required Abilities** + Physical stamina – Walking, standing and lifting each day. Able to work long hours on one’s feet and perform physically demanding tasks. Able to lift up to 60 pounds. + Completion of high school diploma + A.A. degree or equivalent relevant work experience. + Computer skills – Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and database systems. + Have an understanding of domestic & international shipping via FedEx, UPS, DHL…etc. + Ability to multitask & work in a fast pace environment + Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions, then work autonomously and under pressure. **Performance Standards** + Responsible and dependable work ethic. + Initiative to comfortably work independently. + Sustains tenacious work under pressure. + Observes safe working conditions for all warehouse staff. **Apply Today!** **Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
