****We are seeking a charismatic team player with a** **background** **within Warehouse and Customer service**** **JOB DESCRIPTION** + Previous experience in retail, or luxury sales in plumbing, lighting, appliances, electrical or Granite & Tile. + Problem solving, leadership and listening skills. + Organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. + Light Cleaning of showroom products and preparing samples with appropriate identification and information + Able to engage in a consultative approach to recommend solutions for the varying needs of the customer. + Assist Manager with Merchandizing and Replenishing material. + The ability to deal with a vast array of incoming will call customers with varying levels of product knowledge. + Able to engage in a consultative approach to recommend solutions for the varying needs of the customer. + Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory, and delivery information. + Work with customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to educate them on a wide range of products, which may include Luxury Granite & Tile. + Greet guests upon arriving in our retail showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship. + Read blueprints to ensure compatibility between product ordered and customer desire and needs. + Our ideal candidate will have great time management skills, be organized, will provide a world class experience to our clients and most importantly, will always have a positive attitude. + Previous industry experience or a passion for design or interior decorating is a perk, but not required. **Shift:** M-F 7am-4:30pm (Must be open to possible OT) **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
