**Job Title: Warehouse Specialist** **Job Description** + As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory, driving a box truck, operating a stand-up forklift, and loading and unloading containers. + You will also play a crucial role in managing and leading a small team. + Your daily tasks will include receiving and providing documentation for deliveries or pickups, shrink wrapping pallets, securing truck loads for transit, maintaining telephone contact with the Shipping Lead, maintaining travel and cargo logs, performing vehicle inspections, processing incoming and outgoing containers, inspecting shipments for quality, and managing warehouse inventory levels. **Hard Skills** + Forklift operation + Transaction/ERP systems + Basic computer functions + Data entry + Box truck driving + Vehicle inspection **Soft Skills** + Leadership + Strong attention to detail + Excellent organizational skills + Ability to work independently + Ability to manage and lead a team **Job Type** This is a contract position with a duration of 8 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Pullman, Washington. **Work Environment** + The work environment is a warehouse located on the Warehouse Manager's Farm with a small crew of 3-4 people who enjoy outdoor activities like hunting and fishing. **About Aerotek:** We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
