**Job Description** Are you looking to join a dynamic and growing team? Aerotek is currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals for a light repairTechs. you would be charged with meeting production quotas by repairing products sent by clients. Repair plastic product bins and metal bends and breaks, maintaining a goal of units completed per week. Use tools safely and properly to effectively repair product carts. If you have a passion for excellence and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you! **Pay for day shift: 17$** (increase after 2 months) • Sunday - Thursday 7:00AM-5:30PM • Tuesday - Saturday 7:00AM-5:30PM **Pay for night shift: $18 pay** (increase after 2 months) • Sunday -Thursday- 6:00pm-4:30am • Tuesday -Saturday 6:00pm-4:30am **Light Mechanics Techs Responsibilities:** + Repair large steel carts on wheels, including replacing cart doors, walls, metal castors, and squaring up the carts. + Use hammers, sledge hammers, drills, grinders, and potentially welders if skilled. + Perform physically demanding tasks requiring brute force to meet repair metrics. + Ensure safe and proper use of tools in all repair activities. **Qualifications:** + Experience in mechanical repair and maintenance. + Required to have steel toes or composite toe shoes + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Experience in general labor, including working in physically demanding environments. + Proficiency with hand tools, understanding their names and proper usage. + Proficiency with power tools, including changing drill bits and using saws and grinders. + Experience in construction or other manual labor positions. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
