Job Description

In this role, you will:

Finished Goods Inventory:

Develop and implement comprehensive inventory plans, including monthly, quarterly, and annual counts, to ensure consistency between physical stock and ledger data.Accurately verify inventory data, promptly identify and resolve discrepancies, and maintain consistency between records and physical stock.

Finished Goods Inbound and Outbound Control:

Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure timely container loading and transportation, and resolve issues during transit.Manage the accounting of the finished goods inbound and outbound system, ensuring all transaction data is accurate.Maintain and manage export shipping documents, ensuring all related paperwork is complete and complies with export regulations.

Shelf Life Management:

Regularly track the shelf life of finished goods to ensure all products are used within their valid period, and implement a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) management strategy to optimize inventory turnover.Monitor products nearing expiration and adjust inventory strategies in a timely manner to reduce the risk of expired products.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with production, warehousing, quality assurance, and logistics departments to ensure efficient and smooth inbound and outbound processes.Participate in cross-departmental meetings, provide professional advice, and coordinate cooperation between departments to promote overall business operations.

Other Tasks Assigned by Supervisors:

Complete other temporary tasks or projects as required by the company and supervisors to support business development and achieve company goals.

Familiar with warehouse goods labeling, placement, inventory, signing, and acceptance operations Capable of effective warehouse system maintenance and management. Skilled in inventory management planning and execution of inventory operations, able to develop and implement warehouse management processes.
