We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Specialist to join our team and manage all aspects of shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. This critical role ensures the seamless movement, organization, and documentation of materials within the warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping & Receiving:

Prepare and process inbound and outbound shipments.Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation for domestic and international shipping using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.Handle return merchandise authorization (RMA) processes efficiently.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records for items entering and leaving the warehouse.Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Inventory Management Systems (IMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to track inventory and improve efficiency.

Warehouse Organization:

Keep tools, equipment, and storage areas clean and well-maintained.Optimize storage solutions using lift trucks and other equipment to maximize space and efficiency.

Logistics:

Operate vehicles, including vans, to transport equipment between the warehouse, data centers, and client locations when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

8+ years in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.Extensive experience with domestic and international shipping procedures.

Tools & Systems:

Proficiency with ServiceNow, Excel, and Smartsheet.Familiarity with WMS, IMS, and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle or similar platforms).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. safely and repeatedly.

Certifications:

Forklift certification or equivalent experience preferred but not required.

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
