**Job Title: Warehouse Specialist** **Job Description** As a Warehouse Specialist, you will oversee inventory control, pick and pack products for shipment, and prepare shipping documents. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely shipments, and managing shipping and receiving areas efficiently. **Responsibilities** + Pick products for shipment and work orders. + Ensure all goods are received and packages are shipped to customer satisfaction. + Prepare shipping documents and mailing labels, ensuring orders are filled correctly. + Record items taken from inventory and fulfill orders. + Wrap or pack goods in shipping containers. + Address and label packages, compute freight or postal rates, and record the weight and cost of each shipment. + Inspect receipts for accuracy (part number and quantity). + Deliver receipts to the warehouse team. + Dispose of or reuse packing materials. + Schedule trucks for deliveries. + Execute Committed Items Report. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in a warehouse setting within a production environment. + Knowledge of RF Gun, ERP, and shipping software. + Ability to read and write in English. + Ability to lift 50 lbs. + High school education or GED. + Prior warehouse experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with USP and FedEx shipping. + Experience with cycle counting and inventory tracking software. **Why Work Here?** This is a great opportunity to manage and grow a team within a rapidly expanding company.
