Position Overview:

As we expand our services under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP), we are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Specialist to join our dynamic team in Chalfont, Pennsylvania. This full-time role involves managing supplies and maintaining medical equipment used nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain precise inventory control of clinical supplies and equipment.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate fulfillment of ordersDemonstrate thorough understanding of warehouse best practicesUnderstand the operation of mobile practice vehicles.Communicate regularly with management team members and team mates for guidance and assistance in proper execution of tasks Troubleshoot and support mobile operations and fixed site facilities.Complete inventory mobile practice vehicles and equipment before and after events.Ensure all medical, dental, and office equipment is operational, reporting any deficienciesEnsure timely and accurate shipment of supplies and equipment to event sites.Return equipment and supplies to assigned locations post-event.Exhibit a positive attitude, self-motivation, and teamwork, assisting as needed.Adhere to safety protocols, including proper forklift inspections and operating guidelines.
