POSITION SUMMARYPerform daily duties as a warehouse/ fuel attendant, at both Malacate and Harvest Caye warehouse(s)or as directed by Facilities Technical Manager/Warehouse Supervisor(s).
In order to consistently exceed guest expectations and provide the highest level of products and services, additional duties and responsibilities may be be assigned as needed.
DIMENSIONS
Perform duties created by management for successful warehouse operation for both Island/Malacate warehouse(s).
Work in a team environment.
Must be able to provide quality customer service.
NATURE AND SCOPE: The position will report directly to Warehouse Supervisor(s) Island or Malacate.
Duties are completed in a timely manner. Position requires ability to adjust to changing supervisor directions at a moments’ notice, depending upon the needs of the supervisor or other management.
The incumbent must be able to work in a multi-cultural environment; also, must be able to adjust to changes in assignments, work areas and schedules.
ESSENTAIL FUNCTIONS:
Perform daily duties related to the warehouse/fuel stations. Maintains and updates the daily logs. Assist supervisor(s) with weekly/monthly inventories. Assists in organizing warehouse(s). Assists with receiving of goods and issuing of the same to related department, must be able to log all items going out. Be familiar with electrical items, plumbing and construction materials. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Performs other related duties as assigned or as directed. Must be familiar with the Safety and company Policy and carry out the policies and procedures appropriate for his/her position.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working as a warehouse/fuel attendant Clear written and verbal communication skills Knowledge with electrical/Plumbing and construction items High attention to detail.
EDUCATION
High School diploma, capable of communicating clearly in English.
