What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a hardworking and driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead our second shift team. In this role, you'll be responsible for organizing and guiding the team to follow our company's operational plan. You'll work closely with the team to improve processes, build strong relationships, and meet or exceed our performance goals. As a hands-on leader, you will focus on creating a positive work environment and helping everyone work together toward our common goals.

This is an on-site role based out of our East Butler, PA warehouse. This will be a Monday through Friday 2:00pm to 11:00pm schedule.

What You Will DoOversee and motivate the warehouse personnel on assigned shift to achieve daily goals efficiently and safely.Collaborate with the Operations Manager to boost customer service metrics by managing pickups, organizing orders, packaging, and completing tasks.Develop and implement productivity improvements and innovative solutions for a streamlined and efficient operation.Uphold union requirements in line with the collective bargaining agreementPromote a safety focused culture in alignment with company standards and OSHA regulations.Potential travel based on business needs and will be communicated in advance.Manage performance evaluation and any necessary corrective actions with union representative partnership.Other duties as assigned.What You’ll Bring to the RoleHigh school diploma or equivalent required.2+ years supervisory experience within manufacturing or distribution; union environment experience preferred.Metals industry knowledge desired.Strong aptitude for leadership.Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external partners.
